Complex High Care Disability Services Pty Ltd (Complex Communities Services) is a disability support services provider based in Kelmscott, Western Australia. We were established solely for the purpose of caring for people with high complex needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complex High Care Disability Services provides care to people with High to Extremely High complex needs in New and established SDA accommodation. We will endeavour to provide 24\/7 care, Therapy, and community services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our purpose is to provide an accommodation care service that is family friendly and all our client are treated as a family member to live their lives to the fullest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will strive to commit to provide outstanding care services and Therapy for people living with High to extreme complex needs, and we will be governed by the values, ethics and standards of NDIS and the Australian Government.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Everyone at Complex high care disability Services is passionate about person centered care, reflecting the individuality of our participants. In fact, our staff treat each other and participants, like a part of our extended family, with care, respect and understanding.


Our team provides ethical care to our wide range of participants, while ensuring we always adhere to sector guidelines. Access Foundation constantly advocates for participant\u2019s independence, and together our team works to help integrate people living with disabilities into the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
